By accessing, installing, or playing DataFlux Overdrive, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. License to Use

Your license is:

Revocable

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the game
Create derivative works
Sell, rent, stream, or redistribute the game files
Bypass game security or exploit vulnerabilities

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in DataFlux Overdrive, including code, assets, music, artwork, and branding, is the exclusive property of MWM Solutions. Display, reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to engage in:

Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
Disruptive or malicious activity
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
Unauthorized modding or tampering

5. No Defamation

You agree not to publish or distribute defamatory statements regarding MWM Solutions or DataFlux Overdrive. This includes false claims, misleading accusations, or any attempt to damage company reputation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DataFlux Overdrive is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of performance, availability, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

MWM Solutions is not responsible for:

Device damage
Performance issues
Data loss
Bugs or errors

9. Updates

You consent to automatic patches, hotfixes, and updates required for proper game functionality.

10. Termination
